28 Also Solomon had horses imported from Egypt and Keveh; the king’s merchants bought them in Keveh at the current price. 29 Now a chariot that was imported from Egypt cost six hundred shekels of silver, and a horse one hundred and fifty; and [h]thus, through their agents, they exported them to all the kings of the Hittites and the kings of Syria. (1 Kings 10:28-29)

3 ways that made Solomon so wealthy.
#1 Prayer. (1 Kings 3:9)
9 Therefore give to Your servant an [b]understanding heart to judge Your people, that I may discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of Yours?” (1 Kings 3:9)
The power of prayer.
You’re either prayerful or prideful.
Solomon’s prayer pleased God.
He asked for an ‘understanding heart’.
Solomon could of asked for more riches or the life of his enemies… but he asked for an understanding heart.
#2 Wisdom. (Proverbs 3:13-14)
13 Happy is the man who finds wisdom,
And the man who gains understanding;
14 For her proceeds are better than the profits of silver,
And her gain than fine gold. (Proverbs 3:13-14)
Wisdom is ‘applied’ knowledge.
You must seek wisdom from the Lord.
#3 Business (1 Kings 10:28-29)
